Thrive CRM is a customer relationship management app from Thrive Revenue for small and midsize service businesses. Teams use it to manage accounts, opportunities, deals, appointments, tasks, follow-up workflows, and operational handoffs in one shared workspace.
Thrive CRM can connect to Google Calendar when an authorized user chooses to enable calendar sync. The integration helps users create, view, update, and manage calendar events related to CRM appointments and scheduled customer work.
Thrive CRM requests the Google Calendar events permission only so the app can sync CRM appointment events with the connected user’s Google Calendar. Thrive CRM does not use Google Calendar data for advertising, does not sell Google user data, and does not transfer Google user data except as needed to provide the app’s calendar sync functionality, comply with law, or protect users.
Users control whether they connect Google Calendar to Thrive CRM. Users can disconnect access in the CRM when the integration is available, and they can also revoke access from their Google Account permissions page.
