Overview

Thrive Revenue Technologies (“Thrive Revenue,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) provides growth services, automation, and CRM software for businesses. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect information when you visit our website, contact us, use our services, or connect third-party integrations such as Google Calendar.

Information We Collect

We may collect contact information, business information provided by clients, account and authentication information, integration data that a user authorizes, and website usage information.

Contact information may include name, email address, phone number, company name, and message details. Business information may include sales pipeline, customer, appointment, task, and project information used to provide CRM services. Integration data may include Google Calendar event data used for CRM appointment synchronization after a user chooses to connect Google Calendar.

How We Use Information

We use information to provide, secure, and improve our website, services, and CRM software; respond to inquiries; communicate with prospects, clients, and users; operate CRM workflows such as appointment scheduling, follow-up tasks, notifications, and reporting; sync CRM appointment information with connected Google Calendar accounts when a user chooses to connect Google Calendar; monitor reliability; prevent abuse; troubleshoot issues; maintain audit records; and comply with legal, security, and contractual obligations.

Google Calendar Data

If a user connects Google Calendar, Thrive Revenue uses Google Calendar access only to create, update, read, and cancel calendar events related to CRM appointments for that user or their assigned CRM work. We do not use Google Calendar data for advertising. We do not sell Google user data. We do not transfer Google user data except as needed to provide or improve the user-facing Calendar Sync feature, comply with law, or protect our services.

Thrive Revenue’s use and transfer of information received from Google APIs will adhere to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements.

How We Share Information

We share information only as needed to operate the business and provide the services. This may include trusted service providers for hosting, authentication, analytics, communications, customer support, security, and business operations. We may also share information when required by law, to enforce agreements, to protect rights and safety, or as part of a business transaction such as a merger or acquisition.

Data Retention

We keep information for as long as needed to provide services, maintain business records, meet legal obligations, resolve disputes, and enforce agreements. Client CRM data is retained according to the applicable client agreement or operational need.

Security

We use administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards designed to protect information. No online service can guarantee perfect security, but we work to limit access, protect credentials, and monitor systems for reliability and abuse.

Your Choices

You may contact us to request access, correction, deletion, or export of personal information, subject to legal and contractual limits. Users who connect Google Calendar can revoke access through their Google account settings or through product controls when available.
