Our General Manager leads sales and client acquisition directly. Your job is to fuel the pipeline so he can close.
The Role
We’re hiring a Lead Generation Specialist to help us connect with new business opportunities. This is an outbound role, you’ll be cold calling, emailing, and researching prospects daily. Your focus is booking calls with decision makers and passing qualified leads to our GM. You won’t be responsible for closing deals, only creating them.
We offer 10% commission on closed deals from the calls you book. With a strong track record of converting qualified leads, this role offers reliable earning potential. You’ll be supported with the resources and guidance you need, while keeping your work straightforward: start conversations, book meetings, and get rewarded when deals close
Industry Comparison
Most commission-only cold calling roles pay a much lower percentage or a flat rate for appointment, with no share of deal value. Our 10% structure plus strong close rate gives you a much higher earning potential than the industry norm.
What You’ll Do
- Research target accounts across North America in industries like e-learning, financial services, retail, and B2B manufacturing
- Conduct cold outreach (calls, emails, LinkedIn) to decision-makers such as marketing directors, managers, and business owners
- Qualify prospects against criteria (budget, fit, interest)
- Track activity and progress using internal tools (Lead lists, CRM)
- Schedule discovery calls for the General Manager
What We’re Looking For
- 2+ years of experience in lead generation, SDR/BDR roles, or outbound prospecting
- Comfortable with cold calling and rejection; it does not faze you
Strong research skills; you know how to identify the right decision-makers - Fluent in English
- Clear communicator (phone, email, LinkedIn)
- Organized, persistent, and self-driven
Nice to Have (Bonus Skills)
- Background or exposure to digital marketing (web design, Google Ads, SEO, CRO, or social media)
- Experience working with marketing agencies or SaaS companies
- Familiarity with Framer, WordPress, or other web platforms
